At Bagh India, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, cancellation requests are subject to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our Customer Support Team via email or phone.
- All cancellation requests are subject to verification of the order status.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, Bagh India does not offer monetary refunds against cancelled orders.

Instead:
- The amount paid will be adjusted against another product available on the website.
- Customers may select an alternative product of equal or higher value.
- If the selected product is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference in amount.
- If the selected product is of lower value, the remaining amount will be retained as store credit for future purchases.
- Store credit issued against cancelled orders is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

In such cases:
- Customers may be eligible for exchange subject to the terms outlined in our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.
- Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- Refusal to accept delivery after dispatch shall not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation by Bagh India

Bagh India reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or technical errors on the website.
- Payment authorization failures.
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions.
- Operational, logistical, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, customers will be notified through the contact details provided at the time of placing the order.

The amount paid by the customer will be adjusted against another product or issued as store credit for future purchases on the website.

Modification of Orders

Once an order has been placed, modifications to products, sizes, colours, quantities, shipping address, or payment method may not always be possible.

Customers requiring any changes are advised to contact our Customer Support Team immediately after placing the order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, modifications cannot be guaranteed once order processing has commenced.
