At Bagh India, every garment is thoughtfully crafted and undergoes quality checks before dispatch. As many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, slight variations in weave, print placement, embroidery, colour, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, and images before placing an order. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.
Sale items are strictly not eligible for exchange or return. No exchanges will be provided on sale products under any circumstances, including size exchanges.
Exchange Policy
We offer a hassle-free exchange facility for eligible products purchased through our website.
You may request an exchange if:
- The size does not fit.
- You wish to exchange for another style.
- You would like to exchange for a product of equal or higher value (subject to payment of the price difference, if applicable).
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be raised within 15 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, packaging, barcode stickers, and MRP tags must remain intact.
- The product should be returned in a saleable condition.
Bagh India reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the returned product shows signs of use, damage, alteration, washing, or improper handling.
Products Not Eligible for Exchange
The following products are not eligible for exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events with discounts of 40% or more.
- Customized or altered garments.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
- Gift cards and promotional items, unless otherwise specified.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product,
- A product with a manufacturing defect,
- An incorrect item, or
- An item with missing components,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@baghindia.com or calling +91 7490034251.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, customers may be required to share:
- Order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Upon verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Reverse Pickup & Exchange Process
To make exchanges convenient, we offer reverse pickup services in most serviceable locations.
Exchange process:
- Raise an exchange request through our customer support team.
- Our logistics partner will attempt a reverse pickup from the registered address.
- Reverse pickup may take up to 7 business days depending on location.
- Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement order will be processed.
- Exchange products are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days after approval.
For certain remote locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our designated return address.
Reverse Shipping Charges
Bagh India bears the cost of reverse shipping for the first exchange request associated with an order.
For any subsequent exchange requests relating to the same order:
- Reverse pickup charges may apply.
- Forward shipping charges for replacement products may also apply.
- Current exchange logistics charges are subject to operational costs and may be updated periodically.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may, however, be eligible for exchange subject to the terms of this policy.
Refund Policy
Bagh India follows a No Refund Policy.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Colour, texture, or design variations inherent to handcrafted products.
- Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
- Refused deliveries after dispatch.
Eligible concerns will be addressed through exchanges, replacements, or other appropriate resolutions as determined by our customer support team.
Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
Every Bagh India product is handcrafted by artisans using traditional techniques. Minor irregularities in weave, print, embroidery, dyeing, stitching, or texture are not manufacturing defects but a reflection of the uniqueness and authenticity of handcrafted products.
Such variations enhance the individuality of each piece and are considered part of its artisanal character.
